Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Ice cubes
  • 40 ml spicy ginger beer (non-alcoholic)
  • 15 ml passion fruit syrup
  • Cold Sweet Flat White (60 ml coffee, 18 sec. milk foam)

Preparation

  • Take a syrup attachment and fill it up to the second mark with the syrup.
  • Now use the Cold Brew Nitro Kit.
  • Place the glass straw in a latte macchiato glass and ensure that the holder grips the straw.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Add the spicy ginger beer.
  • Connect the glass straw to the automatic coffee machine using the connecting tube.
  • Prepare the Cold Sweet Flat White. During preparation, mix the coffee and ginger beer with the glass straw.

Tip

For the Cold Sweet Flat White, select a strong coffee strength.
